Regulatory Compliance & Licensure

Solace Health Services is a fully licensed and compliant health care provider in Minnesota, operating under the following regulatory frameworks:

  • Minnesota Home Care Provider License (Chapter 144A, Minnesota Statutes §144A.43-144A.484) – Authorizing us to provide skilled nursing and personal care services in home and residential settings
  • Assisted Living Facility License (Chapter 144G, Minnesota Statutes) – Effective August 1, 2021, meeting all requirements for residential assisted living services
  • 245D/HCBS Integrated Licensure Designation (Minnesota Statutes §245D.03) – Authorizing provision of Home and Community-Based Services for individuals with disabilities through Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) waiver programs
  • Community Residential Settings (CRS) License – Operating licensed residential facilities at 11041 134th Circle N, Champlin, MN 55316

All services comply with the latest Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) care coordination standards, effective 2025.
