Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota provides oversight of all care delivery per 144G.41 requirements

Background Studies
All staff complete comprehensive Minnesota DHS NETStudy background checks including fingerprinting and maltreatment registry review

Training Requirements
Staff complete orientation, annual continuing education, CPR/First Aid, infection control, abuse prevention, person-centered planning, and service-specific competencies per 245D.09

HCBS Waiver Training
All owners and managerial officials complete HCBS Waiver and AC Provider Training 101 as required by §256B.4912
Client Rights & Protections
We uphold all client rights as outlined in Minnesota law, including:
- Right to dignity, respect, and person-centered care
- Right to privacy and confidentiality
- Right to participate in care planning decisions
- Right to refuse services
- Right to voice grievances without retaliation
- Protection from maltreatment and abuse under Minnesota Vulnerable Adults Act (§626.557)
- Access to resident councils in assisted living facilities (per §144G.41)
Regulatory Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Regular inspections by Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Department of Human Services (DHS)
- Compliance with infection control protocols following CDC guidelines for long-term care
- Medication management procedures meeting Board of Nursing and Board of Pharmacy standards
- Food service compliance with Minnesota Food Code (Chapter 4626) for residential facilities
- Fire and life safety compliance meeting State Fire Marshal requirements
- Internal quality improvement processes with regular care plan reviews and client satisfaction monitoring
